The Springfield Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in colloboration with water.org™ are proudly sponsoring:  

OASIS~ a clean water initiative

Without accessibility to clean and safe water, millions of people throughout the world will continue to live in impoverished and unhealthy conditions. Inadequate sanitation and access to potable water are among the biggest causes of child mortality.

 The Problem:

*   One person in eight doesn't have clean water

*   Twice as many don't have toilets

*   Water related diseases kills more people than WAR

*   Nearly half of all victims are children

*   We can change this!

The Solution?

Through community support and the efforts of water.org™ we can provide safe drinking water and sanitation to people in developing countries.
